The Designer Hampus Edstrom has come up with an awesome device called as The Budget Tool, which does the work of estimating a person’s financial status using a 3 dimensional cubes. Sure this device must be in hands of every individual in order to trace down their financial status and to act accordingly. It starts calculating the status when you input the financial data on the PDA display screen which will calculate and outputs the measured data to the corresponding box whose cubes form solid, and the physical graphs will clearly showcase the income minus expenditures.
The designs seems to be much simple which resembles much of the features of Scandinavian designs with no colors, no text- but a powerful tool to know about your financial status using the rising and falling bars. The best features of this budget tool is that being a real object indicating the financial status that you can easily remember your current financial status and act accordingly whether to go for saving your money or to spend them. Consider it a more interactive alternative to sterile two-dimensional colored charts. It’s small too. If you don’t want to let your loved ones know about your poor financial status you can also hide them.
The thing you have to be aware when using The budget tool is that use the correct financial data while inputting or else there will be of no use in using this tool or for anyone. I wonder though, if you are already underwater, would you spend another nickel on something like this?
