Samsung Wave Display

What I personal like about this phone, besides the 1GHz processor, is the thing that it is very slim and has a large 3.3″ display. The Samsung Wave display is 800X480 bright and colored. The contrast is great and can be well used both outdoors and indoors. There are phones with bigger touchscreens but the best thing at this phone is the operating system that is Bada. The lunch of this operating system is really a great thing because it will allow Samsung to add more applications to the phone.

The original handset of the phone has a variety of applications. Apart from this another great thing there is the 5mpx camera with the flash. Because of such a wide screen it makes it great for internet surfing and also shuffling through applications and media files. The Samsung Wave specs model supports WiFi, 3.5G high-speed data, GPS , HD(720p) video recording, microSD memory, Bluetooth v3 and USB connectivity. The audio socket is the standard one of 3.5mm. It also has a large 1500mAh battery that should provide a lot of talk-time. But the unfortunate thing is that Samsung has not specified the up-time yet.

The phone has support for social networking applications such as web browser, email client and support for Exchange ACtiveSync. More applications will be available in the close future. Samsung are trying to encourage developers to write for the Bada platform.They say that this platform will be a promising one.

I can’t comment a lot about the design. In my opinion it has a standard touch-screen phone design with stylish call and refuse-call buttons.
