This is somehow similar to the Snaked concept or the Nokia 888, but rather different in some functions.

The concept is like the one used in Snaked phone, where you can wrap the phone around your wrist, or to a belt. A nice function that I didn’t see in the Snaked concept is that this phone has a mode to remember its forms. So you can give your phone some standard forms to fit into your pocket or around your wrist then you can save those forms and with the press of a button the phone turns into that form.

This type of concept is kinda strange, but at least it looks practical. Thus, I’m not sure about its physical resistance.
